Why We Built Phantos AI
We didn’t build Phantos AI from executive boardrooms or corporate accelerators. We started this company working side-by-side to solve a problem we had both lived through: the systemic disregard for the human element in business.
Having navigated every tier of operations and engineering, we know exactly what it feels like to be on the receiving end of broken systems.
On the Employee Side
We know what it's like to be treated like an invisible cog in a machine - clocking in to execute soul-crushing, repetitive tasks, feeling minimized by rigid protocols, and watching hard work go entirely unnoticed. We know the exhausting weight of being a nobody at work.

Bree
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Bree started her career on the front lines of manual labor, executing grueling, hands-on facility maintenance and handling heavy equipment installation. She used that relentless work ethic to transition into business operations, mastering inventory management, front-desk coordination, and high-volume data logistics.
After working her way up to scaling workflows as an Operations Manager in the U.S., she met her co-founder and immersed in a completely new tech environment, where she found the inspiration to co-found Phantos.
Having lived the reality of both physical, manual labor and rigid corporate systems, Bree acts as the ultimate guardian of the human element - ensuring technology serves the people doing the work, never treating them like cogs in a machine.
Harish
Co-Founder & Co-CEO
Harish is a systems architect and automation strategist who specializes in designing the operational infrastructure that powers modern businesses. With a foundation in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and large-scale automation, he has led the development of complex systems ranging from enterprise-grade AI platforms and industrial automation frameworks to end-to-end procurement and workflow orchestration solutions.
His expertise lies in translating business operations into scalable, intelligent systems that eliminate inefficiencies, streamline decision-making, and drive measurable outcomes.
He combines hands-on technical expertise with a practical understanding of how businesses operate, focusing on building systems that solve real problems, scale reliably, and make day-to-day operations more efficient.
